For the Past 18 years we have been producing, placing and representing Artists, Performing Groups and dancers in excellent jobs and show venues. If you are a performer we will try to place you. If you re looking for a show or performer we will find want you want.

Everything from 1 day to 3 year contracts, or an entire performing group 25 city tour. Depending on your needs we make sure you find the work you are looking for. And if you don’t make money, neither do we.

First you need to be accepted to the Shiny Agency for placement. We require your personal promotional tools so we can promote you in the professional manner we need to. The following is what we like to see for each of our performers. If you don’t have one or more of these requirements, we have a department which specializes in developing your individual promotional material!

Large Show Tours

Our Specialty is Promoting, arranging large tours for big shows.

We do the following:

   Arrange:

• Tour booking
• Advertising
• Promotions
• Trucking of equipment
• Tent or venue rentals
• Concessions
• Souvenirs
• Inspectors
• Licensing
• Immigration
• Customs
• Travel
• Accommodations

Single Dancer/Gymnast

 or Circus Arts

• Promotional Video or CD showing at least 5 min of your ability
• Picture of yourself in plane clothes as well as promotional for your act.
• Outline of the act, or skills that you have
• Resume
• Cover letter of things you need, as well as an ideal wage or price for your services.
• Photo copy of two pieces of identification.
• Signed agreement with Shiny Agency for representation.
• There is no promotion fee for individuals.

*Once we have all we need to promote you, we will start immediately to find you a position in your field.

Shiny will provide you with the contract information, and act as a liaison between the hiring show or company and yourself until the actual contract begins. One you start working, all transactions and discussions will take place between you and the contractors.

We are paid in one of the following ways:

 Shiny agency takes a Finders fee of 12% of salary or contract amount. If you renew your contract with the same people again, Shiny agency then takes 6% until you finish with the company or 2years whichever comes first.

• Shiny agency takes a 15% set amount of the contract for a finder’s fee that is paid up front. For example: A contract for 3 weeks of $10 000, shiny would take $1500.00 off the top of the contract. If there is a renew, that is done by us, we take the same 15% if it is done by yourself we take 6% for the next 2 contracts or 1 year which ever comes first.

Small Performing Group

• Promotional Video or CD showing at least 10 min showing the group show

• Outline of the show, and its length.

• Group Resume

• Cover letter of requirements you need, lights stereo, stage size etc. as well as an ideal price for show.

• What type of accommodations, and travel needed?

• Photo copy of two pieces of identification for each performer.

• Signed agreement with Shiny Agency for representation.

• An Initial Promotion/advertising fee of $190- $10 000 us. Depending on groups needs and wishes

*Once we have all we need to promote your show, we will start immediately.

Shiny will provide you with the contract information, travel and accommodation arrangements and act as a liaison between the hiring company and yourself until the actual contract begins. One you start working, all transactions and discussions will take place between you and the contractors.

We are paid in one of the following ways:

 Shiny agency takes a fee of 20% of contract amount. If you renew your contract with the same people again, Shiny agency then takes 13% until you finish with the company or 2years whichever comes first.
